Shipping policy

Please check the banner at the top of our site for information on our current processing times. Once your shipping label is created and you receive a notification that your order has shipped, you should see tracking updates within 48-72 hours. We generate shipping labels individually, meaning that your order is packed and ready to go as soon as the label is created.

Please keep in mind that orders may no longer ship in the exact order they are received. This mainly applies to invoice items, but may apply to premade items as well. If someone who ordered after you has received their shipment first, there’s no need for concern. There may be a minor delay with labels, batch making, or supply shipments. I will inform you via email if there are any delays that might extend beyond the estimated processing time.
