We had a supply chain issue - so your order might come with either a short and thicker 50ml, or the normal tall and skinny 50ml. Unfortunately because we batch make, I am not able to accept custom bottle size requests. You can see a visual of both 50ml bottle styles on our site.

Thanks for asking! We're in the process of upgrading our labels. All new scents moving forward will have the larger labels (this applies to 15ml, 50ml, and 100ml.) However, we do still have a large stock of our old style labels for past scents that we will use up until they are gone. You can see a visual of both label styles on our site.

Most orders ship within the posted processing times: Premade items 7–10 business days, Preorders about 4 weeks, and NO FOMO sales 6–8 weeks. Please note that during large sales, extra time may be needed and orders may not ship in exact order.

Because we're a small but mighty 2-3 person team, our fragrances are released in limited runs.. though some may return in future restocks. We encourage grabbing your favorites while they’re available.

We do not accept returns based on personal preference, but we do accept returns for replacements if there is an issue with the product (e.g., sprayer problems, damage, etc.). Store credit or replacements are issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting approved returns at our warehouse. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
