Refunds and Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. However, if there is a verified issue with your order or product, we may be able to offer a refund or replacement. Larger retailers are required to destroy returned perfumes, and as a small business, we cannot bear this cost. To help you find the right scent, we provide Snack Packs (our version of samples) for you to try before committing to a full-size purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@pickmeupparfums.com within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
